What are your operating hours?

Right now, our hours of operation are determined on a quarter by quarter basis. When you sign up for Virtual Consultation and Diagnosis, you'll be able to see our availabilty and schedule a time that works best for you!

Where are you located?

For now, all of services are virtual so we can help you wherever you are! We are currently looking for a home and will update our information when we find a permanent space.

What kinds of services do you offer?

At the moment, we offer Virtual Consultation and Diagnosis and are able to answer any questions you have!

When we return to campus, we will continue to offer Virtual Consultation and Diagnosis and will work on expanding to a wide variety of services including physical device repair and workshops/events.

 

Are you an Authorized Service Provider?

While we’re not an authorized service provider, each of our technicians is educated and trained to repair your digital devices.

Since we are not an Authorized Service Provider, we are not required to actively promote any brand's products. This also means, we can do all of our repairs in-house. Unlike an Authorized Service Provider, we don’thave to ship your device back to the company and make you pay unnecessary fees or wait longer than you need to.
